When it becomes time for your "creditor's meeting" you'll need to go to the Boston Building. It's located at 9 Exchange Place (approximately-355 South Main Street). There is a pay parking lot available on the east side of the building. You can access the parking lots by turning down Cactus St. (accessible from 400 South). Once inside the Boston Building, your Chapter 7 meeting is on the first floor. Chapter 13 meetings are located on the second floor. Please be patient and our attorney will meet you there. Remember you'll need to provide verification of your Social Security number for the meeting, so don't forget your Social Security card.

If you need to attend a "Confirmation Hearing" for your Chapter 13, it's held in the Federal Courthouse. The Courthouse is located at 350 South Main Street. Parking meters are available on the south side of the building (along 400 South). Please remember to bring a valid form of picture ID and verification of your Social Security number in order to enter the buildling. Once inside the Courthouse, your meeting is on the third floor. Please be patient and our attorney will meet you there.
